We check the replacement is recognized and charges after installation, although run time still depends on your laptop’s age, settings, and workload.
Is the battery really the problem?
Rapid drain, a system battery-health warning, or shutdown soon after unplugging can suggest wear. A charging port, charger, or board fault may cause similar symptoms. Tell us whether the laptop charges while plugged in and whether you have tried another compatible adapter.
If the case bulges, the trackpad lifts, or a battery appears swollen or damaged, do not squeeze or puncture it. Contact us before shipping so the handling and carrier eligibility can be assessed separately.
