How to Ship a Laptop for Repair
We provide shipping instructions after confirming the service and quote. Do not send a laptop before we confirm its model and the destination.

Before packing
Back up important data and shut the laptop fully down. Leave an installed battery in the device; do not remove it simply for shipping. If it is swollen, leaking, hot, or visibly damaged, tell us first so we can review carrier restrictions instead of treating it as an ordinary shipment.
Protect the computer
Use sturdy packaging with cushioning around every side and no room for the laptop to slide. Protect the screen and corners, keep accessories from rubbing against the device, and include the charger only if requested. Seal the box securely, use a trackable service, and save the tracking number. Photograph the laptop and packed box before closing it.
Carrier rules for lithium batteries, speed, and labels can vary, particularly for expedited services. We will discuss the available shipping choices in the quote; the customer remains responsible for packing the inbound shipment properly.
